 If you are sentenced in either District or Circuit Court it is likely that

in addition to all of the fines, court costs, classes, that you are required

to pay/attend, you will also be put on some period of probation.

   BE AWARE : THE CONSEQUENCES OF MANY

PROBATION VIOLATIONS ARE WORSE THAN THE

ORIGINAL SENTENCE AND JAIL IS MORE LIKELY.

IF YOU HAVE VIOLATED YOUR PROBATION,

IF A WARRANT IS OUT FOR YOUR ARREST...

DO NOT PANIC OR DESPAIR.

All that is necessary is for you to make one simple phone call to an

attorney. By making this phone call at the outset of the case you will

probably avoid trouble. Certainly you will avoid a warrant placed upon

you and by talking to your probation officer early on your attorney will

have a much better chance to shape the outlines of the case so as to
