Often the amount of child support is just plain wrong.

Credit is not applied properly. Any one of a number of

things  can go wrong with an individual's child

support dollar calculation.

Additionally, visitation rights are often not properly

adhered to or given per the divorce decree.

It is important to understand that child support and visitation

are two ( 2 ) completely unrelated issues.

So often if the custodial parent does not receive timely

child support payments he/she will withhold visitation

in pursuance thereto.

Paying the proper amount of child support and receiving

proper visitation should both be top priorities in a

D.M. ( Divorce with children ) case.

In enforcing your legal rights in such matters you should

have an attorney. The above is one of my practice areas.
