If there are underage children in a divorce, the

non-custodial parent is usually saddled with the

responsibility of paying child support. Figuring child

support correctly is a crucial function of the individual

County's Friend of the Court. It is crucial that child support

be precisely and correctly determined.

As with any divorce proceeding, property settlements 

are never modifiable. However children's issues are

always subject to modification. These issues may include

custody, child support, visitation rights, and/or changes

in all the above issues.

In a divorce situation if there are children, then children

( or a child ) is always, first and foremost, the most

important issue facing the Court and the Judge. Real

property, personal items, financial holdings are always

distant next issues.

When problems regarding children are out of line I

am there to reel them in and make them right. I've
