Friend of the Court child support arrearages

exceeding $5000.00 are most often those  that

result in Show Causes and the threat of jail. Most

arrearage problems can be worked out between the Friend

of the Court and your attorney, whom you should take with

you to represent you at a Show Cause. I have been

working out such problems all my career -- hundreds of
